Is there any way to separate the lights in the list so some are illumination and others are reflection or Rim?

Not really because this is a single pool of illumination (reflections and lighting are really one and the same thing). You could conceivably burn a separate set of lights to use only in the background reflection channel, but I don’t know that that would produce consistent lighting.
