There is a bug in Sun's Java plugin, version 1.6.0_10 (Java 6, Update 10) and later which prevents the applet from being able to load files the second time you visit a page. (The plugin caches the files but then refuses to allow the applet to use files that are in the cache.) We have filed a bug report with Sun, but until it is fixed, we've developed a work-around that detects the problem and re-loads the file with cacheing disabled. Installation: Download and unzip package. Replace the JAR files on your website. Restart browser.
